An important choice to make: your browser

I’ve just rebooted from a Windows update only to find at my startup screen the following window.

Browser windows 7 

And I am wondering do other OSes have something similar …

    Extremely annoying and ridiculously stupid EU regulations. Only because Microsoft is an overseas company and not European.. I bet we can't find a single similar situation and "conviction" for a EU country in the EU territory..

    This came as important Windows Update on my machine and I chose not to install it. The update was refering to this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/976002
